1. All prices stated in this price list are valid from the 1st of January until the 31st of December 2023, or until further notice. BOVI reserves the right to change or eliminate any of the stated products and/or prices.

3. Prices exclude any applicable VAT, tax or duties at origin or destination.
4. Opening order: 750,00€.
5. Repeat orders: 500,00€.
7. Each order may be a sum of various designs, sizes and colours, available in this collection.
8. The minimum order value includes transport to the following destinations (mainland/continental postal codes only): Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Germany, Ireland, Italy,
Luxemburg, Poland, Portugal, Netherlands, Romania, Spain and Sweden.
9. For other destinations, conditions are Ex-Works. In these cases, BOVI may provide transport service – extra costs apply.
10. Transportation is the exclusive responsibility of the companies contracted for that service
11. Payment terms:
A. First order: 50% with order confirmation / 50% before delivery.
B. Following orders: negotiable when company qualifies for “Credit Insurance”, otherwise, first order conditions maintain.
12. Orders must be sent in writing to BOVI or to an authorized BOVI dealer, by e-mail.
13. An order is considered valid after it has been confirmed by BOVI. Validated orders may be cancelled or changed within two business days of confirmation date. After this period, orders will be delivered, based on our general delivery terms.
